Our Team

Julian
Arnowski
Julian holds a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on behavioral economics, an MBAI (Master of Business with AI), a diploma in psychological counseling (life and social counseling), and is the founder of still yet moving.
He sees himself as a dialogue architect and leadership coach, with the goal of facilitating meaningful conversations at the intersection of artificial and natural intelligence.
In his workshops and keynote speeches, he empowers participants by combining the latest scientific insights with immediately applicable tools to promote the sustainable transformation that the (business) world needs to succeed in the 21st century.

Michael
Kriegsman
Michael holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience with a specialization in big-data analysis of behavioral and brain data. As a data science consultant, he is both a teacher and a lifelong learner in the field of experimental design—the art of linking precise research questions with the appropriate experimental logic and feeding the data stream directly into a customized analysis pipeline.
Furthermore, Michael works at the “frontier of the measurable” and continues to develop approaches based on the philosophical foundations of modern science. He pursues an approach to measurement that adapts to the changing emotional needs of our society. The goal is to expand classical science—which is based on third-person observation—to include a perspective that also takes the first person into account. This makes it possible to measure human variables that have previously been difficult to capture, such as consciousness, kindness, or inner peace.

Samantha
Tady
Samantha is a leadership consultant specializing in leadership and development, a certified coach in NI Neurosystemic Integration®, and a psychotherapist in training under supervision.
She brings many years of experience working with emerging talent and executives, along with a deep understanding that true transformation begins in the nervous system.
At still.yet moving. Samantha leads the Focus Journeys, intensive training programs for executives who want to strengthen clarity, self-regulation, and focus in their daily lives.
She holds a master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and founded her first company at the age of 23. Today, she combines psychological depth with systemic understanding to unlock potential and strengthen resilience, both in individuals and in organizations.

Alessandro
Wärzner
Alessandro is a psychologist with a background in clinical and business psychology, as well as a certified systemic business coach (IOBC, ACC, ISO 17024, Trigon, ICCD).
With over a decade of experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, and coaching, he supports executives and teams in shaping change, complexity, and the future of work. His approach is grounded in research, systemic thinking, and behavioral science, and is complemented by the targeted use of diagnostics and potential analyses where they provide clarity and depth.
At still.yetmoving, Alessandro focuses on the intersection of leadership and artificial intelligence. He develops and leads learning programs that help executives meaningfully integrate AI into their work without losing touch with themselves, their teams, and their purpose.

Felix
Dilger
Felix holds a master’s degree in mathematics with a focus on the theoretical foundations of neural networks, thereby bridging the gap between mathematical analysis and modern machine learning.
As a machine learning engineer, his focus is on developing software that delivers measurable time savings. He designs custom AI solutions for businesses, ranging from individual models to automated workflows based on large language models. In doing so, he develops systems that independently handle previously complex and time-consuming tasks and integrate intelligence into existing processes, allowing users to focus on what matters most.
At still. yet moving., Felix develops integrations and measures their impact to ensure that every solution delivers tangible results.

Simon
Koler
Simon studied sociology to understand people—what drives them, what they believe in, and how they connect.
In marketing, he quickly realized that the very knowledge that enables genuine connection is often used to manipulate. This tension remained.
At still.yet.moving., it dissolves. Simon ensures that relevant ideas become visible. That depth, research, and authentic personalities come to the fore.
Because transformative ideas need more than substance. They need a voice. Simon makes sure they are heard.

Birgit
Kriener
Birgit is an occupational psychologist, organizational consultant, and mindfulness coach. For more than 25 years, she has supported organizations in creating environments where health and performance can thrive together.
Two perspectives guide her work: What do we need to stay connected to ourselves and maintain psychological well-being in the face of digital overload and increasing workplace demands? And how can we design organizations that foster health and human development — including in collaboration with artificial intelligence?
Birgit sees mindfulness not as a relaxation technique, but as the courageous ability to notice what is present without immediately judging or avoiding it. This forms the foundation for self-regulation and resilience, both for individuals and organizations.

Clemens
Sperl
Clemens combines six years of experience in project management and business development within the startup ecosystem with more than a decade in the event industry. As a trained educator and certified A.I. Officer, he works at the intersection of practical, human-centered AI application.
His approach is grounded in substance rather than marketing buzzwords and guided by a clear Human-First philosophy.
He supports organizations in adopting AI, demystifies the technology, and helps teams apply it where it creates genuine value.

Udo
Fon
Udo works at the intersection of perception research, cultural resonance, and artificial intelligence. His perspective is that AI is not only a technological shift but also a cultural one — understanding it requires understanding how people create and shape their models of the world.
As an AI consultant, educator, and researcher, he supports organizations and leadership teams in navigating the opportunities and challenges of AI. His particular focus lies on agentic AI systems and the question of how humans can effectively collaborate with autonomous tools.
Drawing on his experience in education, Udo combines analytical thinking with clear communication and practical application. He helps teams understand AI beyond the hype and integrate it in ways that create meaningful value.
