General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)

for offers and services provided by

Julian Arnowski, MSc

operating under the name “still.yet moving.”

Status: June 2025

These General Terms and Conditions govern the collaboration between Julian Arnowski, MSc, business consultant based in Vienna, and his clients. Services are offered under the name “still.yet moving.” and include, among others, workshops, keynotes, multi-week transformation programs (journeys), as well as accompanying consulting—particularly in the areas of neuro-based work culture and AI-supported transformation.

By commissioning services, the following terms are deemed agreed upon unless otherwise specified in writing.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

The specific content, formats, and objectives of the collaboration are defined individually in each respective offer.

These include in particular:

  • Workshops (online or on-site)

  • Journeys such as the Focus or AI Journey

  • Keynote speeches and impulse talks

  • Consulting in the areas of artificial intelligence, New Work, and leadership transformation

  • Accompanying formats such as reflection exercises or voluntary team data analyses

The respective offer defines bindingly what is commissioned. Any additional services require a separate agreement.

2. Conclusion of Contract

An assignment is considered confirmed as soon as a written offer has been accepted via email or otherwise bindingly agreed upon. Verbal agreements are only binding if confirmed in writing.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Invoices are generally issued after the start of the collaboration—typically following the first workshop or initial consulting service. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

All stated prices are net amounts plus the applicable value-added tax (currently 20%).

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest and reminder fees.

4. Cancellation, Postponement, and Non-Attendance

Agreed appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 21 calendar days before the scheduled date.

For cancellations between 10 and 20 days prior to the appointment, 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.

For cancellations within 9 days or in the event of non-attendance, the full fee will be charged.

If appointments need to be rescheduled due to reasons such as illness, force majeure, or technical issues on the part of the contractor, a new date will be agreed upon jointly. No further claims shall arise.

5. Participation at Own Responsibility

Workshops and consulting services are based on scientific findings but do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Participation is at one’s own responsibility.

No liability is assumed for direct or indirect damages arising in connection with the application of conveyed content. We also assume no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality

All information received in the course of the collaboration that is not publicly accessible will be treated as confidential. This obligation of confidentiality also applies beyond the termination of the contract.

Within certain programs—particularly the Focus and AI Journey—participants are offered the opportunity to voluntarily submit anonymized data regarding their personal practice (e.g., duration of exercises, experience of focus, mood) via an online form (Google Forms).

This data is used exclusively for self-reflection, anonymized group analysis, and further development of the program. Participation is voluntary and has no impact on access to content or the program as a whole.

Data is collected without capturing personal information, fully anonymized and in compliance with GDPR. At no point is it possible to draw conclusions about individual participants. The analysis is carried out by Julian Arnowski or commissioned cooperation partners (e.g., Dr. Michael Kriegsman), who operate under strict confidentiality.

This data will not be shared with third parties.

7. Materials and Copyright

All content provided within the scope of the collaboration (e.g., workbooks, exercises, audio files, presentations) remains the intellectual property of Julian Arnowski.

Without written permission, it may neither be reproduced, published, nor shared with third parties—whether in full or in part.

8. Online Formats – Technical Requirements

For digital formats, the client is responsible for ensuring the necessary technical requirements (e.g., stable internet connection, camera, microphone).

In the event of disruptions on the client’s side (e.g., due to technical issues), there is no entitlement to replacement services or refunds.

9. Information on Parallel Consulting Engagements

To avoid duplication, conflicts of objectives, or misunderstandings, the client undertakes to inform us at an early stage about ongoing or recently completed consulting projects, insofar as these are thematically or strategically related to the commissioned service.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Final Clause

Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Vienna, unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise.

Should any provision of these GTCs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely reflects its economic intent.
