Focus Journey
train focus
regulate stress
measure impact
Trusted by executives at Microsoft, Erste Group, Roche, and other international companies.
The Focus Journey is a neuroscience-based program that equips leaders with proven tools to regulate their nervous system, strengthen focus, and measurably improve peak performance and mental well-being.
Delivered in four 90-minute sessions over four weeks, it integrates seamlessly into the workday while creating measurable, lasting impact.
Our Clients

The Focus Journey helped our team consciously create space for focus and stress management. We found the neuroscience-based perspective on why stress arises and how it affects our performance particularly valuable, especially when combined with practical tools we could apply directly in our daily lives.
Alessandro Podda
Senior Team Manager
Microsoft

The Focus Journey and the subsequent AI Journey were extremely valuable. The combination of building resilience in a fast-paced work environment and the practical application of AI was conveyed exceptionally well. The balance between technical depth and open discussion deserves special mention.

module
overview:
foundational focus
Regulate your nervous system and train sustained attention.
In Foundational Focus, leaders learn the foundations of neurophysiological self-regulation. The session explores how the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems interact, and how different internal states directly shape decision-making, emotional control, and performance.

resilient routines
Design routines that make performance sustainable.
In Resilient Routines, leaders focus on recovery and energy regulation as core performance drivers. The session explains how sleep quality, especially deep and REM sleep, affects focus, emotional regulation, and resilience.
motivational momentum
Harness the neuroscience of motivation and drive.
This module examines dopamine as a central driver of motivation and sustained performance, drawing on state-of-the-art neuroscientific research from Stanford Professor Andrew Huberman. Leaders learn how dopamine rhythms unfold across the day and how behaviors such as multitasking, constant stimulation, and digital overload erode focus and drive.

generative listening
Develop listening as a tool for clarity, creativity
and connection.
This final module focuses on listening as a strategic leadership skill. Drawing on the Four Levels of Listening model by Otto Scharmer, leaders examine how different listening modes shape collaboration, trust, and creative outcomes.
Measurement &
Results

Measurable impact.
Data-driven and applicable in everyday work.
Progress is continuously captured and made visible on both an individual and team level.
The still.yet.moving Focus App provides clear insights into the development of focus, energy, and performance.
This makes it transparent which practices truly create impact – and which do not.

Practice anywhere.
Track your progress.
Transformation happens through practice.
The Focus App supports participants in their daily work with guided breathing exercises, real-time regulation tools, and an integrated reflection tracker.
Even short interventions, such as two minutes of breathwork, make changes in focus, stress, and energy immediately tangible and measurable.

Focus Journey
Workbook
Alongside the app, leaders receive a carefully designed workbook that accompanies them throughout the entire journey. It distills the core neuroscientific research and findings referenced in the sessions into clear summaries and translates them into daily reflection prompts.
The workbook provides structure for consistent practice, deepens understanding, and supports integration between sessions. Combined with the app, it turns isolated inputs into a continuous experience, significantly increasing the likelihood of lasting impact.
